GENERAL POLICIES

PAYMENT POLICY - All orders to the general public must be prepaid.  We accept major credit cards,, certified funds and PayPal.  All out-of-country and/or overseas purchases must be prepaid by certified funds/cashier check only. 

SPECIAL ORDERS - All orders for custom made products require payment in full prior to fulfillment.  Injectors Plus will make every attempt to order and expedite delivery of items manufactured by others, and is to be held blameless where those manufacturers fail to meet agreed upon deadlines.    

DISCLAIMER - Injectors Plus products in some cases are intended for high performance use, and as such, are not legal in the state of California (and many other states) on pollution controlled motor vehicles driven on public streets or highways.  The federal government and certain states have various laws that may prohibit the removal and/or modification of any part of the emissions systems on street driven vehicles.  The purchaser assumes all responsibilities and liabilities as to how and where the product is used.  In addition, Injectors Plus will not assume any responsibility or liability whatsoever for any damages to any part of the engine or vehicle, caused by the use of Injector Plus products.  Injectors Plus cannot control how these products are used, or under what conditions they are used, or what applications they are used for, and therefore, will not be held responsible or liable in any way, shape or form, for any damages, monetary or otherwise, that could conceivably be caused by the products use. 

OTHER -   Injectors Plus reserves the right to change design, materials and specifications or to make product changes without incurring liability or obligation with respect to similar products manufactured.

Returns Policy

 All returns must have prior permission (RMA) and a 20% restocking fee will be applied.  All returned goods must be received in brand new condition.  Any returns must be made before the product has been used.  Custom orders are not returnable, unless the customer ordered by written purchase order and the components do not match the specifications on that order.

Shipping Policy

COD & Drop Shipping is not available to the general public.  All orders will be sent via the US Postal Service unless other arrangements are made prior to shipping.

Privacy Policy

Injectors Plus collects information to process your orders and service your account. All credit card information is processed through the secure servers at PayPal.com, and we do not retain it on our servers.

The information we collect will not be sold, given or traded to third parties.

Injectors Plus may use the information you provide to contact you regarding your account or with special offers we think you may be interested in.
